Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 1.2 Phi Delt's biggest campus contribution is turning their lawn into paid parking whenever there's a hockey game. Half the student body has parked there at some point, but nobody can name three members. Their chapter is so low-key that freshmen spend an entire year thinking it's just a really enthusiastic parking business. If campus organizations had power rankings, Phi Delt would somehow finish behind the vending machines.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 3.7 too far off greek row for me. its a pain trying to go from this house to other partys on the row. guys were super chill spring semester parties were really good i went to one fall semester and it sucked. bottom of top tier or top of mid tier.

NEW ON GREEKRANK

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 4.7 These guys had a great semester. Didn't really see much from them in the fall though. Threw some amazing parties spring semester and one one of the loosest doors on campus. They genuinely nice to guys at their parties and (for the most part) respect women. I know greek rank is super out of date but these guys upper mouse or lower touse. Kinda clowned by the top frats but phi delt is super self aware and knows how to take a joke. One of the chillest frats on campus next to Lambda imo. I enjoyed our social w them too

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of North Dakota - UND 5.0 Up and coming fraternity very inviting/ friendly dudes. Academically locked but also partys every now and then. One of the nicer houses on campus with the most convenient location out of any of the other houses. House also has a sauna. Decent house fs
