Comment:  Phi Delt's biggest campus contribution is turning their lawn into paid parking whenever there's a hockey game. Half the student body has parked there at some point, but nobody can name three members. Their chapter is so low-key that freshmen spend an entire year thinking it's just a really enthusiastic parking business. If campus organizations had power rankings, Phi Delt would somehow finish behind the vending machines.
