Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Ohio University - OU 5.0 arguably threw party of the year this year on Palmer weekend and had ybn Nahmir play. Smaller group of guys but are all very nice, inviting, and fun to be around. Currently middle / upper mid, but could easily become a top house in a few years

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at Ohio University - OU 4.7 Honestly really love the boys in Phi Delt. All of them are super nice and I gotta say I feel like the frat is underrated in comparison to a lot of others. Phi Delt definitely gets slept on in the rankings. They throw some great parties and I know I always have a good time when I am there. I feel like they have a good member outreach and are always willing to go above and beyond for their brothers.

Honestly really love the boys in Phi Delt. All of them are super nice and I gotta say I feel like the frat is underrated in comparison to a lot of others.
