Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at North Carolina State University - NCSU 2.6 they're bottom tier and strange. at least theta has a good sisterhood. these girls look like strangers wandering around a room together. some are painfully awkward to talk to but others are easier. their dance at NC sync was good this year though. very impressive and they're on the rise
