they're bottom tier and strange. at least theta has a good sisterhood. these girls look like strangers wandering around a room together. some are painfully awkward to talk to but others are easier. their dance at NC sync was good this year though. very impressive and they're on the rise

People are just surprised by how quickly they're moving up. Definitely not top tier and probably not getting there anytime soon but damn give them some credit for their improvement

Honestly pi phi will surprise you. These girls low key turn up and go out a lot which is why they are fun. Very involved on campus and they have a great sisterhood which I saw through rush. They are on the rise and hopefully will get a good pledge class next year because they have good nationals. Pi phi's are nice, smart and fun. The girls who typically join are preppy and sweet.
