The only way they ever change is when people get kicked off and most of the time those frats return right where they left. It doesn't matter if you get a good pledge class or throw a better parties, none of it matters you won't rise. People care about name and reputation only, so rush top and upper mid.
Go look at any rank from the past 2 years and its still accurate.

I am a legacy and have tried everything to meet them
my dad even reached out to the president and he said to wait until rush they haven't done any recruiting because they don't have a house

Seeing as they gave out most of their bids the first night of rush last year to guys they hung out with all of first semester I'd say they do recruiting beforehand

You’d be pretty foolish to think that they haven’t been recruiting hard and don’t have a near set pledge class as of now same goes for the other top houses. I’d guess that given their sopro they’re not too keen on being open about events and such with the school so it’s probably mostly underground but your best bet is to go check them out for yourself and see if you fit/ if they like you.
