I would amend that to being the best version of yourself- talk about what you love to you and things you enjoy, but if you hate mornings and end up at an early morning round, don't be grumpy and mean. If you get cut from a sorority you loved, don't show up to your rounds upset and angry. Show off the best aspects of your personality. By "be yourself" we mean don't pretend to be someone you're not- if you're an engineering major and love math and science then great! Talk about it! The right sorority will love having you as a sister. We want to see what you can add to the sorority.
On another note, don't be rude anywhere, even if you don't like the round you're in. On top of it being just a bad thing to do to a person, word gets around. Every single person in every single sorority is friends with someone in a different house.
