The way to put this fraternity is they are a fraternity for people who didn't want to be in Greek life, very mellow , open parties, just very chill brothers.

Have pretty much been one of the best fraternities on campus for a while. Their house is a piece of crap but throw great parties. Now that Phi Tau has their house back and is on campus they are pretty much top two, but everybody always has a great time at phi psi

Only top tier house from the last few years not to get the boot. Throw by far the best parties on campus and are the favorites of many top tier girls. Interesting to see who joins them at the top but as long as they stay out of trouble their reign isn't going anywhere
