Just got rechartered. Great group of guys and a really great brotherhood. They don't have a house yet and haven't had big parties or done much with sororities but instead have been focused on improving their brotherhood which is something many other fraternities should be doing. Will work their way up into the upper middle once they get a house and start becoming active on campus.
