Phi Kappa Tau - ΦΚΤ Fraternity at California State University, Chico - CSU 4.0 They party a little too much and they are all rich douchebags or at least give that vibe. They love to talk about how they are the oldest fraternity on campus. They always make it to the championship in Frat football but lose to Sigma Pi. They do throw some great parties and love to drink.
