Phi Tau always gets the largest and best Spring PC's, Back to Back 40 bombs. Other houses are cool too, but they just don't get as many cool guys as Phi Tau. Best dudes, best parties, best relations, Phi Tau is the place you want to be. You smell that… That's opportunity. If you're going to rush you might as well rush Top House, so Rush Phi Tau.

If you pay close attention they're the only frat self rating themselves. Every single fraternity in chico hates this frat because they are straight douchebags and weird. Ask around and you'll find out quick about who they really are. To add the only reason they had a pledge class of 35 is cause they are desperate for new members ever since there fall off. they accept everyone, quantity over quality, its that simple. Lastly, a bunch of their top pledges left and dropped after rush to join different frats cause they realized how bottom tier Phi Tau was.

Best Frat in Chico by far!! Everyone is super friendly, very safe at all of their events and the guys are very respectful.
