All of the new girls seem super happy to be in this chapter and I constantly hear the actives talking about how sweet and cool the pledge class is. Was so shocked to see how good pi phi did this year. The new pledge class is super cute just like their fall 2015 pledge class. Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Chapman University - CU 5.0 Way to go, ladies! Each pledge class is looking more and more uniform and cohesive, with a group of women who seem to interact really well together. I think that will really help the chapter branch out from their reputation as being a random group of girls. I've also noticed a good amount of diversity in this chapter as a whole. Keep up the good work!

A Pi Phi here, and I have no idea what you are talking about. We do have a backstage committee that hasn't been actively recruiting but they aren't "hidden." They chose that position and are absolutely AMAZING. Wouldn't be able to do recruitment without those girls running around behind the scenes and fixing things up for us. Love ♡

That's not even really allowed... or helpful since recruitment is easier to manage with more women available to talk to PNMs. The only women not involved most likely did not feel comfortable with interacting with PNMs but still played crucial roles in recruitment

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at Chapman University - CU 4.2 This was the first house where a girl asked me how I was doing and the conversations didn't seem faked or rehearsed and I didn't feel like I was being judged based off of my appearance like I was at other houses. Some of the younger girls I meant ( I assume the fall pc 15) were gorgeous but it's definitely a mix of girls. Also their room was by far the coolest with the outdoor area with twinkly lights
