So I would like to think that ASig is trying to recruit less football players but it doesn't look like it. Almost everyone from the football team joins so a) getting a bid from here doesn't really mean anything and b) what kind of "tight-knit" brotherhood exists if you get in as long as you're a football player haha. Most importantly, I have never, ever, in my four years at CMU heard of ASig hosting a philanthropy/community service event. They literally aren't even a fraternity they're just football players in the same club that's not what Greek Life is at the end of the day. I haven't seen them do a single campus event to raise money or literally do whatever on campus -> no campus presence

asig has a bunch of a+ guys. they are funny to watch hang around each other and cause the best kinda ruckus. sad they only hang out w pitt and duquesne sororities cuz cmu ones are #cooler
