But there's definitely some better houses than others. Theta is great when it comes to sports and being friendly. Unfortunately, what frat wants to mix with that? Sig Nu? Sig Pi? They're classy because they have so many advisors. End of story. shouldn't be up so high on poly's page

No standards... they'll take anyone and everyone, including socially awkward girls who don't belong in greek life. Some are nice... most are unattractive. Can't believe that theta has such a different reputation at other schools. not popular here at all.

It is common knowledge that theta is replacing tridelta. no selectivity during recruitment and their "classiness" is just being stuck up and thinking they are better than other houses.

Theta is a group of girls that are sweet, involved, love to have fun, and have substance and class. Awesome house!!
