This can be changed from spot to spot based on opinion, especially if who is in debate are within the same tier, but overall this is it.

Big 3

1. KS

A lot of people hate them but if we are all being honest, they are some of the most chill and fun guys here. Half of the other frats hate them, half party with them and have fun.

2. Pike

Pretty much ditto KS, half of the other groups hate them half f with them heavy and come around. Pike and KS alone account for 50% of all social events on or off campus.

3. SAE

If they had a better house or got enough alumni money to rebuild or renovate, they might be #2 here over Pike. Guys are soft low key but are great. The house is abhorrent.

Middle of Top

4. Fiji

House is insane, guys are mostly solid, and they have a great time. They like KS and Pike are half hated but tbh are pretty chill guys if you get t ok know them.

5. SN

Completely understand rated guys, the house pool is crazy in warm weather and they keep the house nice. Everyone likes these guys but they can be a bit dorky.

6. SX

They get the edge over KA only because they get better tech sororities and have a better reputation. House is REALLY beat up but still very nice and very well set up for parties.

7. KA

KA is pretty weird when it comes to what sororities they bring around or invite but over all are chill. The house is set up well for parties and big but they dont use it often.

Lower Top

8. ATO

House is fine, guys are chill, tech srats love them for some reason and they have popular parties. Pretty much slightly above average in every category but not impressive in any.

9. Beta

Ditto ATO but more guys, no alcohol in house, much worse parties, and much better tech girls around. Them and ATO are under rated imo.

10. PDT

Again, identical to BTP (both are no alc) who is identical to ATO. Really solid guys, really solid opportunities after college, good girls around. Certainly one of the kore respected groups.

Upper Mid

11. TKE

along with KS and Pike, these guys account for a lot of the social life at tech. Everyone loves them and parties with them butheybhave a poor reputation with grades and job opportunities.

12. SigEp

If these guys aloud alcohol or had pledgeship they would be a top 3 fraternity. Even with that everyone loves them and parties with them, especially Pikes KappSigs and Sigma Nus I know.

13. OX

They get a bad reputation because of all of the other chapters in the southeast but are honestly chill dudes and a lot of fun. They are also no alc but are making renovations in their already nice house.

14. ChiPhi

They always have good parties, house is decent, guys are chill, but they could do a better job if getting tech seats to mix with. This far down the ranks it gets tough competing for 8 sororities attention with 30+ frats.

15. PKP

Guys are ok, the house is nice and right next to Phi Mu. I debated having them or lambda but bothe could be here. Both need to stay out of trouble.
