This fraternity is not as social and welcoming to other members in the Greek community unless it's their favorite house. They also literally destroyed their house and left it in a horrendous state, I'll also add it smelled awful inside. I'm friends with some ex-Sig Eps from previous years, but now times have changed and currently the house as a whole is douchy and is not friendly towards others and even some of their own brothers. Overall glad they got kicked off the mall.

I'd say that overall they are a 4.5, but all of those negative reviews are undeserving. They are definately one of the top houses on campus, and throw the best parties.

A couple years ago his chapter was middle tier and the brothers weren't that great socially. Since spring 16' the house got way better and the house is so welcoming, social, good looks, and are competitive in sports. SigEp is for sure one of the top houses if not the top house. Most of the bad reviews are probably from guys who didn't get a bid.. lol.

This chapter is really one of the best on campus. They consistently get the top average GPA, they are very competitive in philanthropy events, and everyone wants to go to their parties. If you get a bid for their house, then they will also make sure that you don't fall behind in your grades. If you are wondering why there are a few negative comments, it is because the other houses are getting tired of coming in second place to SigEp.

These boys have never been anything but nice to my friends and I, and are always really respectful. A lot of the negative posts on here are from Phi Delts, who can't even get any people to come to their new house for more than 10 min and are bitter that they'll never live up to SigEps name
