Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at California State University, Fresno - CSUF 5.0 I know a few sigeps good group of dudes. Get over hated for a lot of unknown reasons. From what I have heard they are ranked low because of how they got kicked off the mall but that was years ago
