these are the only mid frats. all the frats in this list are good by themselves individually. housing, relations, and quality of people in the frat are about the same. not really any major differences. by the end of next spring some of these frats may rise to a better tier. you could maybe throw in sig ep, dtd, or kdr depending on how they do in the fall.

lambda has better frog weeks than all these frats. rush in the fall gonna be the same quality kids for these frats.
