these are the only mid frats. all the frats in this list are good by themselves individually. housing, relations, and quality of people in the frat are about the same. not really any major differences. by the end of next spring some of these frats may rise to a better tier. you could maybe throw in sig ep, dtd, or kdr depending on how they do in the fall.

Ur delusional to think lambda is in this tier. They’re still bouse, u don’t magically become good over the summer. Lambda couldn’t mix w anyone of those frats
