Chi Omega - ΧΩ Sorority at Oklahoma State University - OSU 1.4 Chi O is top tier because they think they are top tier. Some Chi Os are great other really let the fact that they are Chi O get to their head. They dont really associate with anyone else other than themselves. and they got kinda screwed for hoco this year because of some pettiness. Chi O nationally is great, and this house is sub par, but you will feel like they are the cream of the crop during recruitment
