The percentage is based on the reviews people write. So if only one person had reviewed Pi Phi and gave them a 100%...then Pi Phi would have 100% lmao has nothing to do with how long they've been on campus (which by the way is more like 5 months), it's just simple math sweetie

Pi Beta Phi - ΠΒΦ Sorority at University of Delaware - UD 4.2 Its hard to say what this sorority is going to end up being like, but I saw them at a sisterhood event and they seem like cool girls. The majority of them are good looking and they are pretty classy too
