They are all wanna be's of schools like JMU and UVA but never will be because they were not smart enough to get into them. So, with that being said Delta Chi is the best frat at Radford but that honestly does not mean much for these misfit wanna be's of good frats like phi gamma delta and Kappa Alpha Order
