Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at Georgia Southern University - GSU 1.5 From what I can tell PhiMu is definitely not top tier, at best their 3rd even if that. Top tier would be considered Kappa Delta or ADPi. They're very cliquish and are not sociable by no means.
