Good on row fraternity with plenty of new guys living in the house. Parties are usually Friday and weekend only but late nights are held almost every night.

I’m in another fraternity and frankly if I didn’t go with mine I would’ve went with them. I know so many of them boys and all of them have been great to me no matter the fraternity difference

At the beginning of the year I was house hoping to see which house I perfected to stay at the most and by far it’s theta xi, they were extremely welcoming and made me feel safe every time I stepped foot in their house
