They all hate each other and pick their girls based on looks. Apparently a lot of girls dropped in this pledge class already. The pledge class they got was good though so hopefully they turn it around.

going through recruitment as a freshman i thought phi sig was a little strange. the girls were not very social with us and talked in circles with their sisters. They took a picture of me and i ended up dropping them, as well as recruitment all together. They are based on looks and are very very social, but also very sloppy and catty. They and phi mu consider themselves top houses, but personally i dont know what level to call them because guys love them and other girls dont...
