Would it be okay to wear Tory Burch flips flops on t shirt days?

Are they flip flops or sandals? I'd say yes to sandals, no to flip flops. Mostly because you'll be walking around all day and the flip flops will hurt your feet. Trust me.

I think the flip flos would be fine - I wear mine all the time and they don't hurt my feet!

Tory burch flip flops are comfortable but you'll slide right out of them if it rains!
