And I know not to believe everything I read here. I know there is a sliver of truth to things, but honestly so many PNM's have nowhere else to get info. So they come here.
And ya'll bickering and backstabbing make yourselves look so bad. Always convinced that this group is bashing that group. Making HUGE generalizations about a whole group based on the actions of one or a few. Holding on to old stereotypes. Or being convinced that the entire character of a group has been transformed by winning one competition.
300 girls in each house. As others have said - smart girls, party girls, hot girls, average girls, mean girls - every house has them.
Please try and only offer helpful info to PNM's looking for guidance. I have friends I can ask who help me balance out anything posted on here. But not all girls do. Some are coming from out of the area and don't know anyone at Mizzou.
Hold yourself up to your ideals: service, scholarship, leadership and sisterhood.

I am not an active. I am just a girl who knows a lot of people who already go to Mizzou and quite a few girls who are a part of the greek system. They don't reflect it the way it appears on here.
"If you don't like it, don't rush". If I truly believed Greek life was how it was represented here, then I wouldn't. But I know better. I have my head on straight going through recruitment. But other girls really don't know what to expect. So they believe what they read on here. Or worse yet, they believe that ya'll are shallow and immature.
Is this really the image you want to project?

This site isn't a real representation of our Greek life at Mizzou. It's controlled by the same bitter few who have their own personal agendas. If you need advice, find someone who actually goes here and is actually in a house here. You can't trust anything you read on here. Most importantly, be patient and wait until next month to find out everything you need to know on your own. It will all work out.
