Which houses new member dues are 1600?? Lol the 2015 pha guide says the low new member costs is around that

My new member dues were more than the usual "out of house" dues, idk if that is just my house or all houses. My first semester was 1900 and my second semester was 1200. For living in house it adds up to 3200 per semester.

I paid about 2700 for my whole first year. It includes some meals so you may be able to change your campus dining meal plan to a lower amount of meals.

You get billed monthly. It's more the first semester than second semester because you have new member and initiation fees. A
