by: HiCan I just mention the whole "tiers" system is truly messed up. Why does having the prettiest girls mean the sorority is better? Every sorority has pretty girls. It's sad that this website is all about looks and who is better because I'm all reality, it doesn't matter. Girls will end up where they fit in and with girls that have similar interests. Who really cares what "tier" they are in...

But there is a difference. Top houses like Chi o, pi phi, and delta can't be compared to bottom houses like phi mu, zeta, or sigma. I'm sorry but the tier system exists because there's strong houses, and then there are houses that aren't. The top houses have good reputations and girls naturally gravitate towards them. For bottom tier houses, it's just not the same. They have to work twice as hard to get a decent PC and even then they are sub par when compared to the top houses.

I don't think there are houses that are better than any other houses. That's so subjective and how could you make that judgment unless you have been a member of each and every one of them? But there ARE houses that are more difficult to get into and more selective. That's a fact. Now, not everyone would feel comfortable in every house. So you just have to go with your gut.

Being more selective only means these are better houses if you value what they are being selective about. I really couldn't care about grade cuts, for example.
