I don't think Kappa could win even in they earned it. There would be such an uproar and nobody would want to participate in greek week anymore.

Why were most of the judges for fling former Greeks at Mizzou? Seems like that gives some houses a definite advantage. Does having someone on steering committee from your house also give you a better chance?

Yes! Steer co makes a huge difference for your house. It's so political to even be picked for steerco. I personally think it isn't fair to have 5 kappas and 4 chi os. Every pairing should have someone representing them in my opinion.
