why would you pick houses with serious retention issues as top tier? Their sisterhoods suk and most of them are in college to meet loser guys. Meanwhile you rank houses that are extremely popular and have high standards much lower? I am convinced this troll has never set foot on this campus.

KD is at least mid and ADPi is at least upper, despite all the serial attempts by the haters to say otherwise. They've been rising the last few years while others are falling. Keep spamming though.

KD is NOT bottom tier. Far from it. They have a wonderful sisterhood and high standards. ADPi is extremely selective and gets just about any PNM they want. It has been that way for a decade. Theta is in a league of its own with the strongest alumni network in all of Panhell and outstanding members. Anyone who rates PiPhi and ChiO anywhere but at the top is just someone who was cut immediately. Honestly, the OP is living in a dream world and is as desperate as the house she represents, which probably is APhi.
