This is the truth about top houses

There are two types of “top” houses and that is going to differ based on what you are looking for.
Speaking in generalities.
If you are wanting: selective, involved, competitive, successful alumni network, leadership, and grades. I would say the “top” houses are: (alphabetical order)
Adpi, Chi O, Pi Phi, Theta

If you are looking for houses that prioritize looks and social media and that defines success to you; the houses will be (alphabetical order)
A Phi, DDD, Gamma Phi.\n\n\n\n\n

I agree. Figure out who you are and what matters to you and go from there. I would say all the houses listed aren’t easy to get into. They are just “top” based in very different areas.

Or you could keep the same categories and describe them as 1) the houses that are selective and difficult to get in to with outstanding sisterhoods and 2) Houses that have retention issues, catty sisterhoods and superficial priorities.

Sounds like you got stuck with ADPi or you're from a town of 100 people and went Theta.
