Based on: grades, retention, sisterhood, success of members, leadership, involvement and selectiveness:
(No order within tiers, and listed in alphabetical order)

Top: ADPi, Chi-O, Pi-Phi, Theta
Mid Top: DDD, Kappa
Mid: AXO, DG, KD, Zeta
Mid Bottom: A-Phi, G-Phi
Bottom: SK, PM

That being said, you will find amazing women in each house.
Mizzou’s PHA community is strong and made up of women who are going to change the world.

I would say this is very accurate. I don't like DDD in top mid but I don't know who I would switch them in mid. I guess I would move Kappa up, put DDD with Mid and then Aphi, Gphi, PhiMu and SK as lower. 3 tiers makes more sense. Everyone but the lower 4 are pretty solid.

I like this list because it ranks sororities according to quality and what women actually think rather than giving a huge amount of weight to what loser frat guys think. You know, the guys whose GPA is worse than the all-male and all-school average.

personally i would put theta nowhere near top. they have so many issues within the chapter and have had numerous racism scandals. they are a wonderful house and have so much to offer, but a few terrible girls have ruined it for so many people.

Bump. If you are looking at other characteristics as priorities, it’s not hard to figure out. Many incoming freshman are looking to surround themselves with sisters who will bring out their best selves and help them become extremely successful in post-graduate life.
