People completely disagree on what's considered top. I think most could agree that GPhi is top and they would potentially keep you if you did a great job of fitting their other criteria. DG and APhi are both upper level houses to most social girls and they would likely consider a 3.0

^None of those houses are top houses. You can't be a top house without grade standards.

False, despite having great grades I couldn't care less about my houses GPA when I rushed. I wanted to join a sorority for the social aspect, it is a SOCIAL organization after all. Also the OP will not get into a high GPA house so the writer of the comment was clearly trying to help.
