None of this makes any sense... Theta moving up? Axo and SK moving down? Are you Greek or just throwing out random names?

Will recruit similar PC and stay the same as Upper Mid and Top:
Chi O, Pi Phi, Theta, Kappa, Gamma Phi
Will probably recruit an awesome and chances to move up:
APhi and AXO
Recuitment could be really great or really bad:
DG, Tri Delta, KD, Zeta and ADPi
Will just stay stuck:
Phi Mu, Sigma, SK

Best or moving up: XO, AXO, APhi. Probably GPhi and Pi Phi
Worst: Tridelt, Sigma, ADPi, KD, Zeta
