glasses or contacts?

This may seem like an odd request and forgive me if I sound too stupid for words, but I need some advice about rush. Glasses or contacts? I wear each about equally and have lots of pairs of glasses. But will I not seem like the same person (i.e. not memorable) if I look too different during rush from one day to the next? The reason I ask this is that when I was trying out for a club volleyball team, tryouts were over two days and one day I wore glasses and the next day contacts and after I made the team I was told they didn't realize I was the same person as the day before. Here's my question: what would YOU do???

It truly doesn't matter if you wear glasses or contacts, but I would try to stick with one look throughout the week! It helps us with memorizing faces.

I tried to outlaw wearing glasses with letters so my advice would be contacts lol. Glasses make for a cute casual look but generally people look more done up w/out them

Time to talk to your friends about this. When you wear glasses do you do any weird things like keep adjusting them or pushing them back up on your nose? When you wear contacts do you blink a lot or look bug-eyed like you have a thyroid condition? You have to look your best during rush, so ask your friends what they think and ask them to be honest. That's what friends are for.

Just make sure you wear one or the other. Two years ago on the last day a girl decided not to wear her glasses and was wearing tall heels. She missed a step and took a header just as she was coming into our house. We pledged her anyway!

I'd say contacts. The thing is, women wear all kinds of funky glasses to let people know how hipster they are. But they all look alike! So I'd say contacts because you will be prettier and it's easier to make eye contact.

I wore my glasses throughout all of recruitment and was perfectly fine! :)
