Strong chapters get the girls they want during recruitment and keep them. I don't know what you're talking about when you say that the only girls that will drop Zeta are the ones Zeta wants to drop. If they don't want a girl, they cut her BEFORE giving her a bid, not after. From what I've heard, girls drop Zeta when they realize what they've actually gotten into and decide it's not for them. I'm calling BS on your entire post.

trying to be rude, just honest. what do all the mid tier houses have in common? BALANCE. some houses may have hotter girls, some are smarter, but overall they are WELL ROUNDED. zeta has just begun reaching in these categories. so are they mid tier now? doesn't look like they have the grades and retention rate is sill up in the air, so no, they aren't now. will they be in the near future? I can definitely see it. but what zeta needs is time. they're on the rise, they have to keep up the momentum.

Great pledge class and you can bet they'll keep them. The only girls that will drop will be the ones Zeta wants to drop - guarantee it. But then certain houses will come on here and say, "see I told you they'd lose members and girls would drop. See they're still bottom tier". It's annoying. They pulled it with another house last year that had a strong rush then pushed out the girls they didn't want. So I'm sure they'll do it to Zeta too. But Zeta is mid tier now, deal with it.

This year's pledge class is definitely promising. I hope that all the girls end up staying and Zeta could be on the rise. Definitely should not be in the bottom tier this year.

how can a house jump others if they only have more attractive girls? I mean, I def agree these girls did outstanding, but Zeta ALWAYS out recruits those chapters. THAT'S not a new fact. the reason they've been stuck in bottom 2 or 3 forever is because of their piss poor grades, retention rate, and involvement. zeta has done more with involvement, so everyone acknowledges their improvement their. but the ? is Zeta got an awesome PC, BUT CAN THEY KEEP THEM? CAN THEY PICK UP THEIR GRADES?

I like how people have to keep throwing in digs like, "if they can keep their pc" or "as long as girls don't continue to drop due to grades then..." Enough already! Just give credit where credit is due. Zeta had a great pledge class. Their older members which were the ones who caused the drama and were labeled the "psychos" have all graduated now. Zeta is a different, better house. They will not "possibly" jump EEE, AXO and KD, consider Sigma, AXO, and KD officially jumped.

I really liked this house and all the girls I've met there. If they can keep their pledge class this year it will really help boost this house to the mid tier!

they always get better girls than those houses, but where they struggle is about half way through the semester when the girls can't keep up their grades and have to drop out, or just drop in general. if zeta can manage to hang on to their new pc, this could be a very big year for them, if they follow the same pattern as usual, they'll continue to be a bottom house unable to pass others, who may have average looks, but much better grades and retention.

I think with the new group of pledges it will boost this house into the mid-tier, they managed to get better girls than AXO, KD, Tri-Sig, and Phi Mu.

Excellent recruitment. If you were trying to score in the looks category, you definitely succeeded. I agree you got alot of girls who would've typically went APhi. So job well done. You'll take some heat now, but take it as a compliment. I personally think this recruitment (as long as you hold on to your girls) will catapult you into the mid tier. No matter what AXO tries to say.
