Does anyone give a rip about some "famous" alum like Laura Bush (who's about 70 now) being a Theta in another state decades ago?? EVERY single sorority has famous alums. You know what an 18 year old wants versus what a 22-year old college graduate who is sick of the party scene is two different things. Action speaks louder than words ... Theta alums and their contributions to society from Tory Burch and beyond speak volumes about what they stand for ... Best of luck and DO NOT sell yourself short. Stand tall with dignity and think about your goals as an educated female college graduate and how you contribute to the future.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 1.4 Thought they were beyond weird during my recent visit. I had above a 4.0 GPA in hs & they kept asking me about it and while school is important it isn't the only thing in the world... these girls are uber competitive and not in a good way, but in a ridiculous, annoying way. Couldn't wait to get the hell out of there! Crazy Stepford Wives!

Thought they were beyond weird during my recent visit. Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 2.8 The only people who think Theta is a top house, or that you should marry one, are the Thetas. What on earth makes this chapter better than KD, AXO or Phi Mu? Their grades are slightly better as whole--that doesn't mean other chapters don't have smart women. The others are better looking, just as involved and NICE. They have better sisterhoods and are less intense and catty than theta. The facade is fading at Theta.

The only people who think Theta is a top house, or that you should marry one, are the Thetas. What on earth makes this chapter better than KD, AXO or Phi Mu? Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 3.0 Meh. They're average. They try to trick everyone into thinking they are the top chapter, but they just like to think they're better than other houses. During rush I wasn't impressed with them and thought they were the most awkward house i talked to. They don't recruit you because they like you and you personality--they' re recruiting your resume to replace the violin playing member who graduated so they can't still place in skit or whatever. It's not really sisterhood--it's strategic.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 3.2 I lived with a Theta last year and although I liked her, she was constantly bashing other sororities. I've gotten the same, stuck-up vibe from every Theta I've met. It's ok to love your house but there is no need to think you're better than everyone else when you're not.

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 5.0 This sorority is full of smart girls that want to succeed... That's the point of being in a sorority.. Plus I always see them out on campus getting involved. They are always nice to talk to, very sociable! My roommate was a Theta.. They love to party, I guess these girls can pull off being smart as well as fun....

Kappa Alpha Theta - ΚΑΘ Sorority at University of Missouri - Mizzou 4.4 Theta is not everyone's cup of tea. They like a very specific kind of girl. But they ALWAYS get that girl. Theta may not be the most popular house, or the hottest house, of frats' favorite, but certain PNMs love them.
