SAE stands out as a top fraternity because it shows genuine respect and values strong friendships. The brothers often come across as supportive and welcoming, creating an environment where everyone feels included—like a flourishing garden where every flower is nurtured. They balance having fun with responsibility, showing leadership and commitment to their community, which is really attractive. SAE’s focus on academic success and personal growth means the guys are often motivated and driven, not just about partying but about building a future. Plus, their philanthropic efforts show they care about making a positive impact beyond just their own circle. It’s like watching a plant grow tall and strong because it’s well-rooted in good values. Socially, SAE events tend to be well-organized and respectful, making them enjoyable and safe spaces to meet new people.

Best group of men I’ve ever spent time with and become friends with. True gentleman in every way. Not to mention the social legacy and philanthropic activities.

They are renting their house to Alpha Sigma Phi until they come back and are salty about it even though they did this on themselves. They’re the ones who got kicked off, now they’re salty about it and their house. Not a classy move.

Looks like Alpha Sigma Phi has taken over the house. Not sure if just a lease or for good. Assume it is just until probationary period is over?

Suspended until at least spring of 22. Perhaps they come back like some others but that is long time to be gone.

They have lost their charter. Nationals pulled them. They will not be on campus for a long while. The House is being wasted.

Great guys, they are one of the fastest growing on campus and their house is super nice. Easily the best property out of any house and I have only had positive experiences with these guys.
