THIS HOUSE DOESN'T SERVE ALC TO MINORS. All these guys want to do is detonate coors in the corner, not a good look boys. Heard they did book Carly Rae Jepsen for a party this spring though? I have been to this house multiple times and they try to push their borderline communist views on partygoers. Also heard one kid say they prefer Cardi B to Drake.

Guys have always been nice to me, throw good parties, house is clean compared to some fraternities I have been in. Brotherhood seems strong, mainly only hang with my close group of guy friends though. Overall great house, give them a try before you judge negatively.

I like having alcohol poured down my throat and on my neck and shins. They never fail to help me with that. Although that sounds a little bit x-rated it was not meant to. I like congress in my pores that's all.

Gosh i love these guys. Sweetest guys. I always bring my parents to the pike house when they are in town because they know they are some of my best friends. But don't get me wrong, they aren't afraid to toss me around like a rag doll from time to time ;););)

This is the party house. On and off probation. They’re a decently sized house with hot men filled in it. Not the smartest men, but there are a few hidden gems

Pike was effectively neutered by their nationals back in 2015-2016, two membership reviews and probation. This was there first year back from probation and they actually had some big tailgates and parties. Definitely upper middle or lower top tier house. Considering all the false allegations and probationary periods it’s quiet impressive the comeback they have made.
