Just coming back onto campus but seems promising so far! The guys I’ve met seem chill! Not sure if they have there house yet but if they do it’s pretty nice

The last rating by miz is pretty accurate. Pike is more hype than real goods. Wouldn't be surprised to see frats like Sig Nu and ATO pass 'em on the way up this year.

Pike's past popularity doesn't live up to current hype...big heads and not even hot. You can't even talk to one without them throwing alcohol down your throat. I like to party and all but it's just ridiculous.

Pike isn't a bad house, but it does seem to be on the decline. PCs have been less impressive the last couple of years. The guys seem to be less and less involved every single year, too. Parties aren’t what they used to be either. It's still an ok house, but not the ok it used to be.
