Went on here to just BS but genuinely surprised how low Pi Kapp is definitely a bunch of people fake adding low ratings. They have the biggest yard which = best tailgates and darties. Always great themes!

One of my best friends from high school joined Pi Kapp, and when I came to visit their brothers were very welcoming and showed me around the house (which was surprisingly clean). Never had a bad experience with any of them.
