PhiKap = a prime example of how to fall to the bottom. Proof? Sharing your house with the TKEs should prove it. Too bad "If you can't go Greek, go PhiKap" doesn't rhyme.

This fraternity fell to the bottom because of the house owner; Ted Hellman, not because of the guys. Warning to anyone that wants to join this fraternity. Owner Ted has cameras everywhere and watches them 24/7. Priest associated with fraternity has looked through the guys trash to find anything to get them in trouble. Guys that lived in the house for two years have been charged by Ted Hellman with trespassing when they came in to use the bathroom during tailgate. Terrible leadership. Now Terrible Fraternity. Warning. Warning.

Wouldn’t even say sharing it, last time I was in there apparently the Tkes basically had the whole house except for 3-4 rooms in the corner of the house. It seems they’re almost ran out of their own house at this point.

PhiKap has fallen so deep into the basement. Ladies, stay away from them.

PhiKap has really diminished in reputation and is now pretty insignificant. Girls are still generally uncomfortable around guys who are more "high school" than college in attitude and conduct.

I and a number of my sisters have come to the conclusion that Phi Kap is not a brotherhood with integrity. Sadly, we've experienced it evolve into a frat...a bunch of boys playing boy games.

Alum support is important in keeping a fraternity on-track and excelling. Alumni support, unfortunately if it comes as interference and founded on self-aggrandizement, can also be instrumental in catapulting a fraternity to the total bottom tier of a Greek system. That's what's led to Mizzou PhiKap's plummeting to the pits - one over-involved, self-absorbed alum who's run the show at PhiKap for too many years.
