Best to wait a semester, get good grades and try again at a better house. With new rules at Mizzou and most students in dorms/apts you limit your social life in sub fr,at like Deltas. Lots of new apartments if new construction is what you are looking for.

Delta Upsilon - ΔΥ Fraternity at University of Missouri - Mizzou 2.4 DU suffers from it's past reputation and with greek life built on history, it take generations to get out of lower tier. So what do they do to change this? A new house is only marketing tool they have but will take a decade or more of positive changes to get rid of the past. New construction is okay but brotherhood here is just a tad better than a bad dorm. Mediocre grades and it gets members who can't make the cut for the better fraternities
