rho chi groups

How does Panhellenic choose the Rho chi groups for rush? Is it alphabetical or the girls in your dorm? How many girls to a group?

Alphabetical by last name

there's 100 people in a big group and then that group is divided up more into like groups of 25 or so

It's typically about 80 or 85 girls, that's about the most a house can handle at one time
