Zeta too but they are really not until 2017. They will be moving to the swing house now being used by PM and so they are sort of half and half next year. I think Pi Phi will be tearing down next and I hear they will be doing the german house thing like Zeta is doing this year.

I think pi phi will not have a house. They will use the German house that zeta is using now. Don't let the house thing spook you. Zeta has an awesome pc this year. Good news is in soon year you would have a brand new house!

The house you rush should be about sisterhood and fitting in. The house doesn't make a difference on your experience

But I thought Pi Phi is tearing down too. This summer. I guess that explains why they don't have a regular chapter house to use. I heard they "bit the bullet" so maybe they are tearing down and building early and so they did not get a spot. I think this is sort of what Zeta is in the midst of now.

Since Theta wants to keep their lot -- and who could blame them it is better than any other that has come open -- they are dependent on AOPi being torn down so that they can expand to the size of the other new houses.

DZ is not allowed to rebuild because their house is a landmark bc it's so old. Phi Mu has stopped building if you haven't noticed, now Kappa's house is going up very quickly and they might be the only ones with a new house by rush. Pi Phi will have Zeta's swing house next year and AOPI won't have a new house for at least 4 years, Theta is next in line.

Lmfao dz is absolutely allowed to rebuild, I can think of a few houses already torn down that were older than theirs. Also aopi is definitely tearing down this summer and beginning immediately. Idk about phi mu, but if they're starting on the inside you wouldn't see that anyway...
