What is Theta like here? My older sister is one out on the west coast, but I'm curious to see what its like here

Good grades, quirky, often OOS girls. But they are nice girls.

They are the perfect fit for many pnms. They have an excellent sisterhood and so many sweet girls. There is a divesity of membership and so they do not really have a coherent "type" that can be described. They are generally a little off the radar. My roomie freshman year's best friend is a Theta and she seems to have had a nice sorority experience so far. They are "under-rated" in my opinion. If quality girls rather than "brand" is important to you, then you may be a good pnm for them.

One of the lowest houses now, along with aopi, gphi, dz, and dg. I can't imagine they're going to have a good rush next year because they're not getting a new house anytime soon and their pledge class this year was one of the worst.
