Ill keep this quick, Is now a good time for an out of state student to begin contacting fraternity rush chairs for Freshmen fall recruitment?

Yes! Absolutely start making contacts. There are great fraternities here that love the OOS guys. In fact, New Row is gaining a lot of credibility on campus! Try to meet with as many guys as you can when you come for Bama Bound.

I would definitely add Sigma Pi to the list above. All are top tier new row houses.
