every house parties but the ones really known for it and who you will hear tent talk about are kappa & kd. aphi & zta are more known for looks but are definitely more party oriented also.

Aphi, Zeta, KD and maybe Kappa. Usually Kappa is classier about it and the others are sloppier with Aphi being the absolute worst.
