this reply is downvoted so much because it is so not true. phi mu is known to have one of the worst sisterhoods, and xo is not known for having a good sisterhood either. agd is pretty good

I would say AGD AXO ADPI AOPI and Theta. maybe XO and DG. But honestly we can only speak for our own houses and you won't really know till you are in a house.
